ORDERING DETAILS

Please ensure you have your payment method and payment method's billing address ready before placing an order. Visa debit, Visa, Mastercard, or Discovery credit card are accepted for payment.

AVS (Address Verification Security) requires correct billing address (billing address line one and/or postal code) for credit/debit card customers.

You will need to know your ceremony date and time at www.dal.ca/academics/convocation/ceremony-dates.html.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR STUDENT ID IS NOT REQUIRED ON THE ORDER FORM.

After your order has been completed, Gaspard will email you an order confirmation – please bring this when you pick up your academic dress (print or have available on your phone).

Your order will be ready for pick up the day before your ceremony.

CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive two email order confirmation forms once your order has been completed.

The first email is from Gaspard. This is your payment receipt.

The second email is from Build-A-Grad. This is your order confirmation containing your order details.


CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations for refund must be received before October 2, 2024 at 11:59 pm Refunds will not be accepted after this date.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS

Graduates should pick up their academic dress, along with their guest tickets and parchment, the day before their ceremony, from the Convocation Hub (3rd floor of the Student Union Building).

Academic dress must be returned to the Convocation Hub following a graduate's ceremony. Academic dress that is not returned by 6:45pm on October 23 must be shipped to Gaspard at the graduate's expense.
