ATTENTION!

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE GRADUATED FROM DALHOUSIE UNIVERSITY YOU WILL BE PROVIDED DALHOUSIE REGALIA. IF YOU HAVE GRADUATED FROM ANOTHER INSTITUTION YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A GOWN AND DALHOUSIE FACULTY HOOD.

You will need to know your ceremony date and time at www.dal.ca/academics/convocation/ceremony-dates.html.

After your order has been completed, Gaspard will email you an order confirmation – please bring this when you pick up your academic dress (print or have available on your phone).

Your order will be ready for pick up the day before your ceremony.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS

Faculty and staff are encouraged to pick up their academic dress the day before their ceremony at the Gowns Room. A friend or family member may pick up academic dress on your behalf.

Academic dress must be returned to the Gowns Room once the ceremony has concluded. Academic dress that is not returned by closing hours on the day of your ceremony must be shipped to Gaspard at your expense.

Halifax: 3rd floor of the Student Union Building

Halifax Gowns Room Hours:

Monday, October 21: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday, October 22: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday, October 23: 8:00am - 7:00pm
