Commencement Date and Time: June 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm

Commencement Location: Bell Performing Arts Centre

Email Order Confirmation Details

You will receive an email once your order registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us.

This confirmation email will be from Build-A-Grad. It contains all the necessary details regarding your order, pick up, commencement write-up, order number and amount paid if applicable and cancellation information.

Regalia Pick-Up Instructions

Commencement gown pick up will be on Thursday, June 19th from 2:30-4:00pm in the Large Gym. This is the only time you may pick up. Please plan accordingly.

Graduates will also receive three commencement tickets at this time.

Only the graduate is permitted to pick up their own gown package and tickets. Do not ask to pick up for anyone else.

Each graduate must sign for their Commencement package.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received before May 9, 2025 at 11:59 pm.
