Important Note: If you are a faculty member wishing to attend, please follow the link below to RSVP and rent your regalia:

We will do our very best to provide you with the regalia that you have ordered. If your requested regalia is not available, we will substitute it with a hood from another Canadian university hood to the one you have requested.
CONVOCATION DETAILS
Convocation Time and Date: Convocation is November 13, 2024 and ceremonies are at 9:30 am and 2:30 pm.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.
The confirmation will contain your RENTAL ID and ORDER ID, this is proof that your order is complete. This confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your rental, pick up, drop off, etc.

REGALIA PICK-UP TIME AND LOCATION
Stage Party can pick-up their gowns in the Founder's Room located on the second floor of the Winspear.
Personal items can also be left in the Founder's Room during ceremony.
REGALIA DROP-OFF TIME AND LOCATION
Gowns can be dropped off at the same location on the second floor immediately after the ceremony is completed.
