Convocation Details
Spring 2020 Convocation: New York Institute of Technology’s 59th
Annual Commencement will be on June 4, 2020 at 2:00pm.
Location: Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, UBC (6265 Crescent
Road, Vancouver)

You will receive an email once your regalia registration is complete.
The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order
confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order.
Regalia Pick-Up Time and Location
Gowns can be picked up at the academic regalia station on June 4 at 11:00AM
Regalia Drop-Off Time and Location
Gowns can be Drop off at the academic regalia station on June 4 at 4:00PM.
Cancellations
All cancellations for refund must be received before TBA.
Refunds will not be accepted after this date.
