PRICING DETAILS

Bachelor and Master Regalia Package: Ship-To-Home Shipping Fee: $14.50. Cost of regalia package is paid by the school.

PhD Rental Package: Cost of regalia package is paid by the school.

PhD Deluxe Keeper Gown ($375) and Tam ($100): Ship-To-Home Shipping Fee: $14.50. Cost of regalia package is paid by the student.

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

Ship-To-School Orders:
You will receive one email and the email will be from Build-A-Grad. This is the order confirmation and contains all the details regarding the rental regalia order. Shipping is free and regalia package is paid by the school.

Ship-To-Home Orders: You will receive two emails.
The first email will be from Balfour. This is the payment receipt for the shipping fee. Regalia package is paid by the school.
The second email will be from Build-A-Grad. This is the order confirmation and contains all the details regarding the regalia order.

REGALIA PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Bachelor and Master Orders: Orders are shipped to the address provided on the order form. Regalia package is yours to keep.

PhD rental orders and orders selected to be shipped to the school will be handed out at the Gown Distribution Event.

Regalia will be distributed at 175 Jefferson Road (the former Radisson Hotel). Pre-ordered regalia can be picked up any date and time below. If you did not place an order, you can pick up only on Thursday, May 8th during hours noted below. Here is the schedule:

Tuesday, May 6, 2025: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Interpreters on site from 11-1 and 4-6)

Wednesday, May 7, 2025: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Interpreters on site from 11-1 and 4-6)

Thursday, May 8, 2025: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. (Interpreters on site from 11-1 and 4-6)

REGALIA DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS

PhD Rental Orders: Rental gown and cap must be returned to the school by the Wednesday after Commencement. PhD students will keep the hood and tassel.
