Late online signup will
be closing on April 19th @ 12 AM MT.
After online signup closes, only onsite orders will be taken at Balch field house
during distribution hours.
Onsite late fees may be up to $50 additional.
Please have your Student ID Number ready when registering for your regalia.
ORDERING DETAILS
| Student ID Number: For Student ID, please enter your first and last name. Example: John Smith = johnsmith. |
| Master's, doctoral, and law students are required to rent academic regalia for the ceremony. |
| Master's, doctoral, and law students need to rent regalia for their ceremony. Online graduation regalia rental will open February 2, 2018 and close on April 5th, 2018. Late online rental, with a $25 late fee, after April 5th, 2018 (10:59 p.m. MST). Balfour is the officially approved provider of rental regalia by University of Colorado-Boulder campus and that there are no substitutions. |

RETURN LABEL PRICE
| You have an option to purchase a return label for mailing back the regalia for $10.00. Return labels will be available for purchase at the pick-up event. |
ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS
| You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete. |
| The first email is from Build A Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your order. |
| The second email will be your payment receipt from Willsie Cap and Gown LLC. |
| Please print these forms or bring them on your mobile device when picking up your regalia. |

You may pickup and return your regalia at Balch Fieldhouse (next to Folsom stadium)
during the following times: May 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. May 9th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. May 10th from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. May 11th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |

Please note that gowns, hoods, and tams will need to be returned at Balch (see
hours above) or at the UMC 245 on May 14, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in order
to avoid any charges. Otherwise, regalia must be mailed in to:

| Unreturned regalia can result in penalties up to $350 for EACH: gowns, hoods, and tams. Regalia is barcoded or tagged and will be recorded as it is distributed and after it is returned. Caps and tassels are yours to keep! |
