Ordering Instructions

Once you have successfully completed and paid for your order, you will be sent two confirmation emails.

If you do not receive these emails, your order is not complete!

Please note: INCOMPLETE ORDERS WILL NOT be processed and shipped.

Doctor Instructions

Instructions for regalia pickup:

Students may pick up their rental and purchased regalia at the Riverhawk Shop. Please watch for more information regarding when items will be ready for pick up.
Please check store website for store hours.

Regalia will not be released without showing both your order and payment confirmation emails.

Please bring the following confirmation emails with you to the store:

1) The payment confirmation email
2) The order confirmation email
