CONVOCATION DETAILS
| Please have a credit card, your student ID, the name of your degree, and ceremony date and time ready before beginning. |
| You can verify your ceremony date and time on ACORN. Please note that you may only attend the ceremony to which you are assigned and your degree is being conferred. |
| The gown rental ID that we provide (see Confirmation Details tab for more information) is required to process your RSVP and guest ticket order in ACORN. |

ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS
| You will receive two emails once your rental is complete. |
| 1. A confirmation email from Gaspard which contains payment information. If you used a credit card other than your own, it will show on this email. |
| 2. The second email is from "Build A Grad" and contains all the necessary details regarding your rental. Your RENTAL ID (6 digit alpha numeric) will be in this email. This is the number you will need to process your RSVP and order guest tickets. |
REGALIA PICK-UP AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
| Please arrive 1.5 hours prior to the beginning of the ceremony and collect your academic regalia before proceeding to the marshalling rooms. Regalia can be collected in Myhal Centre for Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MY), 55 St. George Street. Follow the signage for graduates. |

CANCELLATIONS
| All cancellations for refund must be received before October 25, 2022 at 11:59 pm EST. Cancellations for refund will not be accepted after this date. |
