Ordering Details for the uOttawa Spring 2025 Convocation

You may make your reservation online until May 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. (EDT).
After May 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. (EDT), you must rent a gown and hood in person at the Rogers Centre on the day of your ceremony. The rental service is located in Canada Hall (303).
If you plan to rent your regalia in person, please arrive 90 minutes prior to your ceremony.
Toronto Campus and Windsor Campus
You may make your reservation online until May 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. (EDT).
After May 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. (EDT), you must rent a gown and hood in person, on site, the day of your ceremony.
If you plan to rent your regalia in person, please arrive 60 minutes prior to your ceremony.

Order Confirmation
You will receive two emails once your regalia registration is complete:
1. The first email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order
confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia registration,
pick-up and drop-off instructions order number, amount paid, and if applicable,
cancellation and refund information.
2. The second email will be from Gaspard. This is your payment
receipt and contains payment information. If you have used a credit card other than
your own, it will show on this receipt. The academic regalia will be on-site in
your name.
Regalia Pick-Up Instructions
uOttawa
You may pick up your regalia 90 minutes before your ceremony from the designated area at the Canada Hall, 303-level, Rogers Centre (55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa).
Toronto Campus
You may pick up your regalia 60 minutes before your ceremony from the designated area at St. James Cathedral Centre Event Venue (65 Church Street Toronto, Ontario).
Windsor Campus
You may pick up your regalia 60 minutes before your ceremony from the designated area at Ciociaro Club (3745 N Talbot Road
Oldcastle, Ontario).
Regalia Drop-Off Instructions
uOttawa
Regalia must be returned no later than 45 minutes after the ceremony ends. Regalia are to be returned at the designated area at the Colonel By Foyer (Level 1), Rogers Centre (55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa).
Toronto Campus
Regalia must be returned no later than 45 minutes after the ceremony ends. Regalia are to be returned at the designated area at St. James Cathedral Centre Event Venue.
Windsor Campus
Regalia must be returned no later than 45 minutes after the ceremony ends. Regalia are to be returned at the designated area at Ciociaro Club.
Cancellations
uOttawa, Toronto Campus and Windsor Campus
The online gown and hood rental service closes on May 23, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. (EDT).
No cancellations are permitted after this date and no refunds will be given. Changes to rental orders must be made online through the Gaspard website prior to this date.

Your personal information will be used by the University for purposes consistent with facilitating the rental of your graduation gown. The graduation gown rental platform is supported by Gaspard. Gaspard has scanned your rental items to your student ID. All rental regalia must be returned after your event. Unreturned items will be reported to your University or College and you will be charged for the regalia up to $800 depending on your degree.
