ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS

You will receive an email once your rental registration is complete. Please only register once, if you would like to make changes please call or email us. Details below.

The email will be from Build-A-Grad. This email order confirmation contains all the necessary details regarding your regalia order. Your Order Number will be on this order confirmation.

Please print this form or bring it on your mobile device when picking up your regalia.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be received before May 10, 2024 at 11:59 pm. Cancellations will not be accepted after this date.

REGALIA PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Regalia will be available for pick-up from the Nanaimo Campus Store starting Thursday June 6, 2024 during business hours.

To authorize someone to pick up your regalia on your behalf, they must bring a note from you (letter or email) that includes your full name and credential, and your representative’s full name.


REGALIA DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS

Regalia must be returned after the last ceremony you attend to the Nanaimo Campus Store during business hours.
